Brad Jacobs is the founder of Compass Strategy & Coaching, a consulting practice focused on helping organizations strengthen strategy, leadership, governance, and execution.

Brad brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across business, sport, the charitable sector, and community organizations. His work is grounded in practical experience, strong relationships, and a clear understanding of how organizations grow, govern themselves, and navigate change.

 

Over the course of his career, Brad has worked in senior leadership roles, supported major initiatives, advised boards and executives, and helped organizations move from ideas to action. His experience includes organizational development, board governance, fundraising strategy, operations, leadership support, and stakeholder engagement.

 

What sets Brad apart is his ability to bring both strategic thinking and practical execution. He understands governance and leadership, but also the day-to-day realities organizations face when trying to make progress.
